You can choose the best shipping service for you when you get to the Checkout.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. If you place your order before 3pm it will be processed and despatched the same day. If you place your order after 3pm it will be processed and despatched the next day.
Orders placed at the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
UK Shipping
1st Class Recorded Delivery - Royal Mail
Reliable, standard service. Orders usually arrive 1-2 days after the day you order.
Parcels must be signed for on arrival.
Maximum insurance cover = £30. If your order comes to more than £30 it is strongly advisable that you choose the Special Delivery service or the Courier service.
Maximum weight = 5kg. Use either Special Delivery or the Courier Service for orders over this weight.

UK Courier - City Link
Guaranteed next day delivery.
Our UK Courier service is the most reliable shipping option. If you've got a high value order or it's important that your items get to you promptly, choose City Link Courier. With unlimited insurance and full on-line tracking, you'll get total peace of mind.

This is a next day service, however, as mentioned above, the day of delivery depends on the time you place your order. We will always do our best to process and despatch your order as quickly as possible.

Overseas Shipping
Delivery times are subject to customs inspection. There may also be duty and taxes payable, which may extend the delivery process.
International Signed For (Royal Mail)
Packages sent with the International Signed For service usually take about week to deliver. There is no guaranteed delivery date.
Your package can be tracked by Royal Mail up until its departure from the UK. After that point however, the package is in the hands of the next country's postal chain which may or may not use a tracking system.
All mail is signed for at the destination address but please note that we cannot provide a copy of the signature or say who signed for the item.
Royal Mail does not consider a package to be lost until 2 months after the expected delivery date. We cannot replace your order until after this time.

International Express Courier
The International Express Courier service offers fast, direct and reliable delivery straight to your door. Your package will be tracked and full compensation is available for loss or damage. The package must be signed for on delivery. Information on what time the item arrived and who signed for it is also available.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the package. Several delivery attempts will be made, however Shiva Emporium cannot be responsible for costs incurred in either holding the package or for its return.

Orders sent to EC countries should arrive between 2 - 3 days.
