From the streets of Pooba, Tony Bowltana plops up from nowhere to become one of the greats of Poo York (now Bog Central). He buys and sells co-strain and bum dealers are often seen pushing this drug that lines the rim of Tony's pocket. All good things come to an end though as the FBI (Federal Bowl of Investigation) bleaches him to death. What a happy ending.
