In the depths of Sh*t Creek lives a very special Turd, a scitzophrenic skid billy, who struggles at times to remember his own name.

This lethargic crazy sh*t has a split personality... Yes, the voices in his head are real... That's his brown buddy, Nugget.

Nugget is a hugely controlling little shite who loves to mess in his head. making Sh*t for Brains a very unpredictable, scary turd, especially when fuelled with moonshine and an hour of the Tex Ass-Strain Massacre.
